Are you thinking about becoming a teacher? Are you not sure what you want to do and people keep saying, “Why don’t you teach?”. Don’t have a clue about careers?
Here’s your chance to find out about teaching. Two veteran teachers will be at GRCC, Monday December 8 at 5:30 pm. We will meet by room 20 SCC in the Student Center -the back of the Student Life Office and then find a place to talk and have a cup of coffee (or pop)- True North’s treat.
What will we talk about? We’ll hear about how their Christian faith influenced their work in public schools. You can ask your questions about…. what it takes to be a teacher- academically, emotionally, spiritually…. life in the public school system…. the ways faith shapes work.
